i must create 2 payment methods....

i don't find how to create payment methods.....

i need a "bank wire transfert" and a "recharge my card"

for both payments:

- users chooses the payment method and post order,

- i manually check the order and i "process" it

- user receives an email with data for bank transfert or data to recharge my rechargeable card, depending by payment method choosed
