Testimonials

The Testimonials module adds the ability for your customers to leave reviews about their experience with your business, website and products.  The testimonials can be displayed on any page on your site.  You can use the Web Builder to place this on your home page, in the footer in a carousel, and to display them on their own special page. 

Moderating Testimonials

When a testimonial is added by a user at your site it is queued for moderation.  An email will be sent to the administrator setup to receive these notification in the Settings -> Email & SMS -> Users -> Testimonial received.  You can view all testimonials requiring moderation in the Users -> Testimonials section:

Here you can delete the testimonial, edit it, and finally approve it to display on the web site.  Once it has been approved the user will receive an email and it will be displayed on your site.
