Add Products

Products -> Add Product is where products & product details can be added to your store through an easy to use interface. 

Fields:

• Product Name
• URL - the URL used for your products.  The full URL will be dependent on your SEO settings.
• Main Category - in which category the product will be included.
• Secondary Category - other categories where this product will be included.
• Summary - will display on catalog pages, in list view, and at the top of product details page under the price
  
• Details - will be the full description of your product displayed on product pages.
• Tags - Used for search results, and optionally displayed on the product pages.
• Date Created - set the date your product goes live on your site.  Using this option you can enter a product at any time, and update it when it goes live, very helpful for modules such as 'What's New', and for sorting products.
• SKU - a unique Stock Keeping Unit to identify your products. 
• Cost - the product's unit cost before a retail markup.
• MSRP - Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.
• Price - price the items will be sold for at your store.
• Taxes - taxes to apply to this product.
• Title Tag - tag displayed in the browser tab
• META Description - description displayed in the search engine summary of your page.
• Status  - Active, Hidden, Discontinued, Disabled.
  

After adding all the information click on the 'Create New Product' button and the product will be added to your store.
